Solicitud para iniciar incidente de nulidad en contra de los autos de inadmisión y rechazo proferidos al interior de la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia.
Luego de analizar los argumentos de la peticionaria la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR de plano la petición de nulidad en contra del primer proveído mencionado, por cuanto no procede este recurso frente a autos de trámite.
En relación con la solicitud de nulidad del otro auto mencionado también se dispuso su RECHAZO de plano, porque frente al mismo no se interpuso el recurso de súplica que procedía.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por manifiestamente improcedente la solicitud presentada por la ciudadana Natalia Bernal Cano en contra de los autos inadmisorio del 21 de septiembre de 2020 y de rechazo del 14 de octubre del mismo año que son parte del expediente D-13873.
- SEGUNDO. ADVERTIR a la peticionaria que contra esta providencia no proceden recursos.
